More than 40 years in the software industry - looking past and forward
Olle E. Johansson, Edvina AB
Abstract: The software industry is a leader in change. It has always been changing and it keeps moving forward at immense speed. It’s hard to find time for reflection in this landscape, especially now that we are living under pressure - from regulators, from the global situation and the new capabilities of software based agents.
Bio: Olle E. Johansson started in the 70’s with co-writing “Stugan” - the first commercial online and PC-based Swedish adventure game. He’s been developing software, importing software, been active in standardisation, worked with Open Source software and now help the industry moving forward in the light of regulation.
