The museum's collection features approximately 120 cars, with around 70 vehicles currently on display. Among them is the iconic Saab 92001, better known as the “Ursaaben”, the very first Saab car from 1947.
Most of the exhibited cars have a rich history within the company, covering categories such as prototypes, test cars, company vehicles, and racing cars. You’ll find everything from the classic Saab 92, designed for everyday use, to prestigious models like the Saab 9-4X and Saab 9-5.

Both the Saab Car Museum and Nova Restaurant are located near the Trollhättan Slussar (Locks in the Trollhätte Canal) [Google map]. This scenic area, known as Gamle Dal, features three generations of lock systems and is a popular destination for visitors. Here, you can watch boats navigate the locks while enjoying the stunning natural surroundings.
